Top-down view of a stainless four-burner freestanding gas cooker on a sunlit sandstone tile floor, with two black wire pan supports, five black knobs along the front edge and its clear glass lid raised at the back.

4 Gas burners

Four gas burners
on the top.

The hob carries four gas burners across the top. That's four pans that can be on the heat at once, rather than waiting for a ring to come free during a big cook.

A roast chicken with lemon halves sits in a dark tray on a wire shelf inside a lit black oven cavity, above a low row of blue gas flames burning under a perforated plate on the oven floor.

Gas oven

A tray of chicken,
done on the flame.

A tray of chicken or a cake goes into an oven that runs on gas. It is the flame that does the baking and the roasting here, rather than an electric element.

A black freestanding four-burner gas cooker with its clear glass lid raised and five silver-insert knobs on the front stands in a dark navy studio, and a circular cutaway beside it shows the top edge of the oven door with two separate glass panes, the outer one cool blue and the inner one warm amber.

Double glass oven door

Two panes
in the oven door.

The oven door is glazed with two panes of glass rather than one. The pane you touch on the outside is separate from the one facing the cooking.

A gas cooker's brushed stainless hob fills the frame with a black cast-iron grate over a lit front burner, a blue flame ring catching around its flat black cap from a bright spark at the electrode, and a stainless-faced control knob turning on the black front fascia below.

Auto ignition

The burners light
off the knob.

Turning the knob is what lights the burner. The ignition is built into the cooker itself, so there's no separate step to strike a match before the flame catches.

1 tray and 1 grid

One tray and one grid come with the oven.

Adjustable legs

The legs adjust, so the cooker stands level on an uneven floor.

LPG adjusted

The cooker comes set up for LPG.
