This model is discontinued. Can I still get it serviced?
Yes. Authorised Bruhm service centres continue to support discontinued models. If the supply cord is ever damaged it must be replaced by Bruhm, its service agent or a similarly qualified person, and the LED light is a service-centre job too.
Where is the user manual?
We do not have the BFD-350EN manual on file: it is not in the Bruhm media library and not in the current manual set. An authorised service centre can supply it. The successor model's manual (BFD-350MN) covers a very similar unit if you need guidance in the meantime.
What replaced it?
The current top mount no frost range. The closest equivalent by capacity is the 331L BFD-350MN. Use the link in the notice above to see everything currently available, and check the capacity against the space you have.
Will my warranty still be honoured?
Warranty follows the unit, not the model's production status. Contact an authorised service centre with your proof of purchase. Warranty terms per market are being confirmed and your retailer holds the current ones.
